Commercial photography and filming activities are conducted at TMMF and you may appear in the resulting pictures or films that may be used in connection with advertising, news reporting, entertainment or other activities.

Entry into the festival and purchase of your ticket constitutes your consent for TMMF to use the pictures and films without payment. Note that any public location where people are present provides risk of exposure to COVID-19 and other diseases. We cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed during your visit.
